Sergei Lavrov hold a speech to Russian soldiers in Tadzikistan on his state visit while visiting Russian military camp on Dushanbe.
Lavrov told soldiers that they are defending Russia against NATO, Europe and foreign values.
Lavrov also expressed his view of historical Russia.
“All those who have joined our country since the time of Russian Tsar have done so voluntarily. We have never crushed anyone under our Russian culture unlike the United states. Russian culture has always been hospitable to all nations that have joined the Tsarist Empire as well as the soviet union. The languages have always been preserved” Lavrov declared to the Russian soldiers.
